Please email us your architect’s drawings in PDF format. We’ll need plan views along with sectional elevations of the area where the chandelier will hang.

We’ll ask you some key questions so that together we can develop the specification of your chandelier, for example:
What is the type of ceiling that the chandelier will be fitting to, e.g. is it flat, sloping, does it have a roof light?
What LED colour/temperature do you require?
What shape and material/finish would you like the top plate?Next Stage: Design Proposal
Once we have all the information we need, we’ll prepare you a bespoke design specification drawing. This design sheet will include a scaled representation of your chandelier set against a backdrop of your architectural details.
This drawing provides us with the necessary information to prepare you a detailed quotation that will include delivery and installation, if required.
We are happy to make any changes to the design following your feedback.Next Stage: Your Order
Once we have your approval we will then issue you a deposit invoice, which is typically 60% of the total.
When payment has cleared we will then begin production of your chandelier.
The chandelier must be built to completion and tested in our studio prior to arranging delivery and/or installation.
Lead times vary but are typically around 16 weeks from receipt of deposit.
