This design is a progression of the Crystal Spiral and uses the same high quality octagonal Austrian crystal chains and LED downlights with the inclusion of steel wire which the chains are suspended from to create an open spiral that allows ambient light to enter the composition.
We introduced our Suspended Crystal Twist design in 2016. Precisely measured lengths of crystal are suspended from equally precisely cut “invisible” steel wires. Designed for Larger spaces with long drops to economise on crystal quantity and to pick up and reflect natural ambient light.

Once again we specify high performance LED down lighters with a secondary lens system that allows the light to be more directional . With this chandelier there is an enormous amount of prep time as each of the cables has to be cut to length to the mm.

This chandelier was installed over a three day period, in a residence just outside Dublin, Ireland. It was designed to work using the natural daylight coming from the skylight above and using LED downlights at night or on dark days.

This was the second 'Twist' chandelier ; produced for a stairwell setting in a modern house in Harpenden.

The third 'Twist' chandelier was commissioned by a high end Housing Developer in SW London; in many cases we have to design the chandelier on a 3D programme to work out the maths behind the construction of the crystal formation.
