How to Order a Bespoke Hotel Chandelier

Ordering a bespoke hotel chandelier starts with the space itself. Whether you are specifying lighting for a hotel lobby, reception, atrium, restaurant or staircase, the first step is to tell us about the project, the style you have in mind and your approximate budget.

Where possible, send us your architect’s drawings, including plan views and sectional elevations showing where the chandelier will be installed. If formal drawings are not available, photographs or sketches with the key dimensions can also be used.

From there, we can develop the chandelier specification with you. This can include the size and shape of the installation, the type and angle of the ceiling, preferred materials and finishes, the design of the top plate and the required LED colour temperature. Each chandelier is designed specifically for its location rather than being produced in a standard size.

Once the project requirements have been established, we produce a bespoke design specification drawing showing the proposed chandelier in relation to the architectural space. This provides the basis for a detailed quotation, including delivery and installation where required, and the design can be revised following your feedback before production begins.

Following approval, a deposit is typically required before manufacture begins. The completed chandelier is built and tested at the company’s studio before delivery or installation, with typical lead times currently stated as around 16 weeks from receipt of deposit.
